摘要
选用高蛋白小麦品种"重庆面包麦"与低蛋白小麦品种"宁麦9号"配制了P1、P2、F1、F2、B1(F1/P1)和B2(F1/P2)世代,以每个世代单株籽粒的混合面粉为单位,对小麦籽粒的蛋白质含量进行遗传分析。结果表明:①高蛋白质含量表现为显性,F2群体的次数分布出现2个明显的峰;②小麦籽粒蛋白质含量受2对主基因和多基因控制,第一对主基因以加性效应为主,第二对主基因以显性效应为主,多基因以显性效应为主;③对于该组合而言,按F2计算,主基因的遗传率为67 19%,多基因的遗传率为11 18%。
Inheritance of protein content of wheat kernel was studied by using P1('Chongqing bread wheat'with high protein content),P2('Ningmai 9'with low protein content),F1(P1/P2),F2,B1(F1/P1),B2(F1/P2)The results indicated that high protein content is dominant,distribution of protein content in F2 generation appear two peaks.Protein content of wheat kernel is controlled by two major genes and polygenes.Effects of the two major genes on protein content were mainly additive effect and dominant effect respectively.To this combination,heritability of major genes was 6719% and that of polygenes was 1118% according to F2
