摘要
目的:了解全科医师情绪智力与工作绩效的关系,为完善全科医师培养体系提供依据。方法:运用情绪智力量表、工作绩效量表对广东省492名全科医师进行测试。结果:全科医师情绪智力得分126.8112.04,工作绩效得分90.3810.72;全科情绪智力与工作绩效存在中等程度显著正相关,全科医师情绪智力能解释工作绩效25.6%的变异。结论:加强全科医师情绪智力的培养有助于提高工作绩效。
Objective: To study the relationship between the emotional intelligence and job performance of general practitioner and provide the evidences for consummating the training system of general practitioners. Methods: 492 general practitioners from Guangdong province were surveyed by emotional intelligence scale and job performance scale. Results: The score of general practitioner' s emotional intelligence is 126. 8112.04. The. score of general practtioners' job performance is 90.3810.72. The emotional intelligence and job performance of general practitioner showed a moderate positive correlation. The emotional intelligence of general practitioner can explain 25.6% of the variance of their job performance. Conclusion: Strengthening the training of general practitioner's emotional intelligence can improve the job performance of general practitioner.
