介绍了现代远程教育的发展现状,对新疆某广播电视大学学员进行了数据统计分析,提出了绩效干预措施。
This paper introduces the present situation of the development of modern distance learning, makes the statistic analysis on the data of students in a certain radio and television university in Xinjiang, and advances some measures for the performance intervention.
