摘要
全科医师岗位培训在我国起步较晚,但发展迅猛。现阶段在全科医师岗位培训过程中尚存在一定的困难,只有采用全新的教育理念、现代化的教学手段、形式多样的教学方法才能培养出高起点、高水平、高素质的全科医师。
General practitioner＇s on-the-job training starts late in our country, but develops very rapidly. At present, there are still some difficulties in general practitioner＇s on-the-job training. Only by adopting brand-new educational idea, modernized teaching measures and a variety of teaching methods can we train a general practitioner with high starting point, high level and high quality.
