摘要
目前,我国全科医师数量严重不足和水平的参差不齐,已成为制约我国社区卫生事业发展的瓶颈。因此,采取远程教育模式对全科医师进行培训,可以缓解当前对全科医师岗位的急需与培养周期较长的矛盾。国内首家全科医师远程继续教育网络平台的建设和初步使用结果显示,通过该平台的实施,可为全国数以万计的全科医师提供方便可及的转岗培训机会,有利于加快全科医师的转岗培训步伐。
Serious shortage and uneven quality of general practitioners in China has become the bottleneck that restricts the development of community health service in China. Therefore, adopting distance education to train general practitioners would alleviate the conflict between the need for general practitioners and longer period of training cycle. We have constructed the first network-based platform of distance continuing education for general practitioners in China. The initial use results show that the network-based platform can provide training opportunities for thousands of general practitioners and speed up the pace of job transfer training of general practitioners.
