摘要
远程继续教育的实质是素质教育。素质教育着眼于人的全面发展,具有综合性和系统性。远程继续教育应该牢固树立以提高素质为核心的教学观,在尊重个性的基础上,通过一系列有效的途径和方法,提高学员的整体素质。实施素质教育,既是实现人可持续发展的必要前提,也是实现远程继续教育可持续发展的前提条件。
The essence of the distance continuous education is just the quality education. Quality education, which is synthetical and systematical, focuses on the overall development of person. The distance continuous education should build up a teaching concept whose core is improving the students' quality. And it should improve the whole quality of the learners through a series of effective methods on the basis of respecting the learners' individuality. Carrying out quality education is the foundmental element of both persons and distance continuous education' s development.
