摘要
介绍于学平教授针灸治疗中风病的临床经验。于学平教授强调早期介入针灸治疗的重要性;注重中风痉挛的防治,创立独特的经筋刺法、足太阳经穴刺法及肾与膀胱经穴对刺法;主张针灸刺激量应因人而异,以患者感到相对"舒适"并有疗效为好。
To introduce professor YU Xue-ping’s clinical experience on stroke treated by acupuncture.Professor YU Xue-ping emphasizes the importance of early intervention acupuncture treatment.She pays attention to the prevention and control of the spastic paralysis after stroke.She finds the unique Jingjin needling method,foot Taiyang meridian acupoint needling technique and Kidney and bladder meridians acupoints jointly acupuncturing method.Professor YU Xue-ping advocates that the quantification of acupuncture manipulation stimuli should be distinct to different people.The significant curative effect and comfortable feeling of patients will be the optimum quantity of stimulation.
