摘要
目的:研究针刀结合康复训练治疗中风后下肢痉挛性偏瘫的疗效。方法:从中风痉挛性偏瘫的患者中选取患者103名,随机分为2组:针刀治疗组(46例)、电针治疗组(57例)。针刀组采用针刀治疗,每个部位1次,3次为1个疗程;电针治疗组采用电针治疗,每日1次,共治疗20天;两组患者均进行康复训练。对两组病人治疗前后均采用改良Ashworth痉挛量表、临床痉挛指数评分、残疾程度Rinkin Scale量表和日常生活能力评分进行评定。结果:针刀治疗组、电针治疗组两组病例治疗前后在各量表评分比较上,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组病例治疗后进行对比,得出在改良Ashworth痉挛评定、残疾程度评定方面针刀组优于电针组,在临床痉挛指数评定、日常生活能力评定方面针刀组与电针组有相同的作用。结论:针刀治疗结合康复训练对于改善中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者的情况具有较好的效果,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective: to study the curative effect of acupotomy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of lower limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: 103 patients with stroke spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups: acupotomy group(46 cases) and electroacupuncture group(57 cases). Acupotomology group used acupotomology treatment, 1 time for each part, 3 times for a course of treatment;Electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture treatment once a day for 20 days. Patients in both groups received rehabilitation training. The modified Ashworth spasm Scale, clinical spasm index score, disability degree Rinkin Scale and daily living ability score were used to evaluate the two groups before and after treatment. Results: before and after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in scores of the two groups(P<0.05).By comparing the two groups after treatment, it is concluded that the acupotomology group is better than the electroacupuncture group in improving Ashworth spasticity assessment and disability degree assessment, and the acupotomology group has the same effect as the electroacupuncture group in clinical spasticity index assessment and daily living ability assessment. Conclusion: acupotomy combined with rehabilitation training has a good effect on improving the situation of patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke and is worthy of clinical application.
