摘要
针对传统锅炉汽包水位控制技术及其应用现状,论文对火电厂锅炉汽包水位智能控制技术进行了研究分析,首先简要分析了汽包水的特性及其控制技术应用现状,在此基础上重点分析了锅炉汽包水位的智能控制策略,给出了基于传感器自身可靠度的汽包水位测量方案,并有针对性的提出了汽包水位的智能控制方法,大大提高了锅炉汽包水位的控制精度,对于进一步提高火电厂锅炉汽包水位的智能化控制应用水平具有较好的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the current control technologies and applications of traditional drum level of boiler, this paper discussed the intelligent control technology of drum level of boiler in thermal power plants. Firstly the drum water characteristics and the control technology application were analyzed, on the basis of which , the intelligent control strategy for drum water level of boiler was pointed out, the measurement program of drum water level based on the reliability of the sensor itself was given out, and the targeted drum level of intelligent control methods were also discussed and analyzed, which could enhance the intelligent control accuracy of drum level of boiler. All this work is significative for enhancing the application level of the intelligent control of drum level of boiler in thermal power plants.
