摘要 以国内首台真正实现一键全自动切缸并带反切缸功能的广东省红海湾发电厂超临界机组中压缸启动过程为实例,介绍基于整机自启停体系的机组自动切缸功能组逻辑设计及投运情况,阐述实现机组启停过程中的自动切缸功能组设计要点。在机组冷、热态不同实际工况启动模式下,设计的自动切缸功能组均能实现机组在中压缸启动过程一键自动完成切缸操作,且高压缸排汽温度温升控制在6℃以内,解决了手动切缸过程中容易出现的因高排温度而跳机的技术难题,真正地实现了无人工干预的全自动一键切缸功能。 Taking the startup process of intermediate pressure cylinder (IPC), which is the first one in domestic realizing onekey automatic transferring and reversed transferring, of supercritical unit in Guangdong ltd. as an actual example, this paper introduces logic design and operation of the automatic transferring function group based on automatic plant startup and shutdown system (APS) and states essential points in design for the automatic transferring function group. Under different actual conditions of cold state and thermal state of the unit and different startup modes , the designed automatic transferring function group can realize one key automatic transferring operation of the unit in the process of IPC startup. Meanwhile, exhaust temperature rise of the high pressure cylinder (HPC) is controlled within 6 Y , whichhas solved the technical problemof shutdown due to high exhaust temperature. It proves function group can actually realize full automatic one key transferring function without manual intervention.
