北仑1和2号600MW单元机组协调控制系统的设计与应用 被引量:42

摘要 大容量单元机组机炉协调控制系统的设计与调试是一项综合性很强的技术工作,基于IFO-KΔx的状态反馈可以预测汽压的变化趋势,有效克服汽压过调或振荡现象,对锅炉汽压的稳定起到关键性作用。该文提出了“正踢”和“反踢”的设计概念,用以克服锅炉的大迟滞和大惯性,由基于IFO-KΔx的状态反馈、“正踢”和“反踢”以及PID调节器共同组成一个综合型协调控制系统,充分发挥了各自的特长。将上述方案实际推广应用于北仑1和2号600MW单元机组的机炉协调(CCS)和自动发电控制(AGC)系统中,取得了:①稳定工况下负荷控制偏差在±3MW之内,主汽压静态偏差在±0.2MPa;②定压段变负荷时,当负荷变化100MW时,实际负荷变化速率>12MW/min;③滑压段变负荷时,主汽压偏差在±0.5MPa,实际负荷变化速率>9MW/min的优良控制效果,为单元机组协调控制系统的成功应用提供了一个范例。此外,通过对北仑600MW单元机组仿真试验曲线与现场实时趋势曲线的比较,表明文中所选用的数学模型是正确和有效的。 The design and adjusting of boiler-turbine coordinated control system for big capability are integrative technology work. The state feedback based on the incremental function observer can forecast the trend of steam pressure, overcome the excess or surging of steam pressure effectively, and take a important role for the stabilization of boiler's steam pressure. This paper brings forward the design concept of "direct kick" and "indirect kick" to conquer the lag and inertia. The integrative coordinated control system composed of state feedback based on IFO-K△x, "direct kick", "indirect kick" and PID regulator exerts each excellence. The above-mentioned strategy is applied to the coordinated control system and automatic generation control(AGC) system of #1 and 1/2 600 MW unit in Beilun Power Plant, the excellent control results are obtained like that: 1. Error of the load is within ± 3 MW and that of throttle pressure is within±0.2MPa when the unit is running in steady condition, 2. The actual ramp rate of the load is more than 12 MW/min when the load is changed 100MW in constant pressure mode, 3. The error of throttle pressure is within ±0.5MPa and the actual load ramp rate is more than 9 MW/rnin when the unit load is changed in the variable pressure period. That is a good example of the successful application of coordinated control system in the unit plant. Furthermore, the selected mathematical model in this paper is proved correct andeffective through the compare between the simulation trend and practical trend of Beilun 600MW unit.
