摘要
对于非线性较强的主蒸汽压力和机组负荷,单纯采用机炉主控制系统的间接能量平衡(IEB)协调控制策略,难以在机组变负荷工况下取得较好的控制品质。对此,基于传统的IEB协调控制系统和汽包锅炉动态模型,设计了适应于单元机组特性的前馈控制策略,并分析了该前馈控制的特点,给出了控制参数的在线整定方法。该方法在机组的负荷响应试验过程中,使主蒸汽压力最大动态偏差<0.35MPa,表明优化后的IEB协调控制系统具有较好的动态调节品质。
For the main steam pressure and unit load with strong nonlinearity,indirect energy balance(IEB) coordinated control which simply depending on the boiler-turbine master controller can hardly obtain good control quality under variable load conditions.On the basis of the conventional IEB coordinated control system and dynamic model of drum boiler,a feedforward control strategy which was suitable to the unit performance was designed.The features of this feedforward control was analyzed,and the online setting method for the control parameters was put forward.During the unit load response test,the maximum dynamic deviation of the main steam pressure was below 0.35 MPa,indicating the optimized IEB coordinated control system had good dynamic regulating performance.
