锅炉蓄热补偿和煤质校正的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 基于对锅炉蓄热机理的分析,提出了一种快速准确补偿锅炉蓄热的前馈控制策略,并给出了煤质校正的关键控制策略。将这些控制策略用于某300MW和600MW机组,300MW机组在以2%/min速率频繁升、降负荷过程中,控制系统将主蒸汽压力偏差控制在±0.4MPa内;600MW机组的煤种大幅偏离设计煤种时,控制系统将主蒸汽压力偏差控制在±0.4MPa内。结果表明,该控制策略可在快速响应电网自动发电控制(AGC)指令的同时,能够准确、及时地补充锅炉蓄热,提高机组运行参数的稳定性。 Based on the analysis of heat storage mechanism,a feed-forward control strategy which can compensate the boiler heat storage quickly and accurately was presented,and the key control strategy for coal energy correct was proposed,too.These control strategies were adopted on a 300 MW and a 600 MW unit.For the former unit,during its frequent load ascending and descending process with a rate of 2%/min,the control system can keep the main steam pressure deviation within range of-0.4 MPa to 0.4 MPa.For the 600 MW unit,the control system can keep the main steam pressure deviation within this range when the fuel properties deviated far from that of the design coal.The results showed that,these control strategies can response the automatic generation control(AGC) demands quickly,and can compensate the boiler heat storage accurately and timely at the same time,improving the stability of the unit operation parameters.
