摘要
国产600MW超临界机组的热工自动调节系统大多在运行中控制效果欠佳。在分析其调节系统的构成、特点等基础上,通过纳入合理的前馈、采取适当的简化、选择更合适的调节对象等方法,对协调控制、采用双进双出磨煤机的直吹式制粉系统的锅炉燃烧、给水等主要自动调节系统控制进行了优化。实际应用表明,优化后的调节系统满足机组控制要求。
The controlling effects of automatic regulating systems in heat power engineering for home-made supercritical 600 MW units aren't properly good in operation. On the basis of analysing the structure and features of the automatic regulating systems, and through methods, such as bring reasonable front feed into said systems, adopting proper simplification, and selecting more suitable regulating objects etc. , the optimization of control for main automatic regulating systems, e.i. the coordinated control system, as well as combustion system and feed-water system for boilers adopting direct feed coal-pulverizing system equipped with double- inlet and double-outlet mills, has been carried out. The practical application shows that the regulating systems after optimization can satisfy the control requirements of units.
