摘要
通过对我国46家公共图书馆馆际互借与文献传递服务的网上调查,分析了公共图书馆馆际互借与文献传递的类型、服务内容、服务方式、服务对象、收费情况,指出我国公共图书馆馆际互借与文献传递存在服务细节有待重视、区域内公共图书馆间的合作较欠缺、缺乏与高校图书馆的合作、缺乏对"联合参考咨询与文献传递服务网"的利用、面向协议馆提供服务的图书馆较少等问题,提出了提高对馆际互借与文献传递服务的重视、加强区域内公共图书馆间的合作、加强与高校图书馆的合作、充分利用"联合参考咨询与文献传递服务网"、完善馆际互借与文献传递服务方式等建议。
Based on the survey on the interlibrary loan and document delivery ot 46 public I^branes wa Internet, the paper analyzes the types of it, service contents, service modes, users and charges, points out some problems in the services, including service details needing to be paid attention to, lack of regional cooperation among public libraries, lack of cooperation with university libraries, lacking of the use of Collaborative Reference and Document Delivery Service Network, fewer libraries providing the services for the protocol libraries. And the author proposes that public library should attach importance to interlibrary loan and document delivery service, strengthen regional cooperation among public libraries and with university libraries, make full use of Collaborative Reference and Document Delivery Service Network, perfect service mode of interlibrary loan and document delivery.
