摘要
从客观原因和主观原因两个方面分析了新升本科院校图书馆期刊管理工作存在的问题,提出提高期刊采购质量、改善阅读环境,提升服务理念,学习先进的管理模式等改善工作的对策。
This paper analyzed the issues existing in the work of the library＇s journal management from both the subjective and the objective perspectives. It is aimed at proposing some suggestions on how to improve the quality of journal procurement and better the reading environment and upgrade the service ideas as well as to learn advanced management modes.
