摘要
对辽宁省82所高校图书馆的调查发现,其馆际互借和文献传递业务存在地区发展不平衡、各馆服务水平参差不齐、专业类和专科院校发展滞后、缺乏与公共图书馆和科研机构合作、服务对象有局限、收费标准不规范及补贴力度不够、缺乏版权保护意识等问题,并提出建立各类型馆际互借和文献传递联盟、建立专业的协作指导机构、改进服务方式和提升服务水平、提高读者版权保护意识等对策。
Through the survey on 82 university libraries in Liaoning, this paper finds some problems in their interlibrary loan and document delivery businesses just as imbalance in regional development, different levels of service, slow development of specialized institutions and academies, lack of cooperation with public libraries and scientific research institutions, limitation of service objects, no standard charging, no enough subsidies and lack of copyright protection consciousness. Then it provides the advices ： to establish an alliance of interlibrary loan and document delivery, to build collaborative guidance institutions, to improve service and to raise the reader＇s copyright protection consciousness, and so on. 1 tab. 9 refs.
