摘要
以省级公共图书馆为调研对象,采用网络调研和电话调研相结合的方法,从系统名称、服务方式、服务项目、服务对象、开发单位、收费情况等方面,剖析了我国手机图书馆服务的现状,重点分析了特色优势、业务模式、开发单位、发展速度,发现了手机图书馆建设中存在的系列问题:技术落后、开发单位单一、服务对象有限和服务收费等问题,提出了图书馆应加强对手机图书馆的重视、实行自主开发、尽量实行免费政策、扩大读者范围、与地区发展相促进等对策。
In this paper we studied the provincial public libraries and mobile library service capacity building though the online, telephone and literature research method, based on provincial public library mobile library. From the aspects of system names, service mode, service projects, service clients, developers, fees, etc. We analysis the Status Mobile library services, including the characteristics and advantages, business model, developer, the pace of development, Then we found a series of problems in our country in the development of mobile libraries, including lag in technology, single developer, limited service target and service charge. Libraries should hold mobile phones Library to account, imposing independent development, as far as possible the introduction of free policy, expanding the range of readers, having mutual promotion with local development and so on.
