摘要
公共图书馆将陆续地全面免费向公众开放,这个政策对图书馆产生了很大的影响。分析了在免费政策下公共图书馆构建文化休闲功能的重要性,探讨了文化休闲功能下图书馆的制度建设及图书馆环境安排。
The public libraries in China will be free to the public completely one after another. This policy has produced great impact on the library. This paper analyzes the importance for the public libraries to construct the cultural leisure function under the free policy, and probes into library’s institutional improvement and environmental arrangement under the cultural leisure function.
