摘要
台湾对大陆经贸交流是其产业结构升级的重要条件,本文认为,台湾对大陆经贸交流政策缺乏连续性,是迫于岛内外各种压力的结果。两岸间经贸交流虽有反复,但从总的趋势看,台湾当局在推动“务实外交”时。
Cross Strait economic and trade exchanges,taken as an important factor,to upgrade Taiwan interior industrial structure.This paper think that Taiwans economic and trading policy toward the mainland is lacking consistency,a compromised result from all the influencing factors within and without the island.Its instability has been the main drawbacks of cross strait economic and trade relations.This paper concludes that Taiwan authorities is promoting the “Pragmatic Diplomacy”,the development of economics and trade which is pragmatic part of the diplomacy will be given first priorities from long term point of view.
