摘要
通过对膳食纤维的物化特性和生理功能的介绍,以及对可食性包装的简述,探讨膳食纤维在可食性包装方面的研究现状及前景。
The research and application status of dietary fiber in the fields of edible packaging was reviewed and its physicochemical properties and functions were introduced in this article.The potential application of dietary fiber to edible packaging was also prospected.
