摘要
海带根延长大鼠血浆凝血酶原时间（ＰＴ）５．４ｓ，延长白陶土部分凝血活酶时间（ＫＰＴＴ）１．３ｓ，提高血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性（ＡＴ－Ⅲ：Ａ），抑制大鼠体外血栓形成，血栓干、湿重分别减轻６．１４ｍｇ、２１．４１ｍｇ，具有抗凝血作用；降低高血脂大鼠血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ）和总胆固醇（ＴＣ）含量，提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）与总胆醇（ＴＣ）比值，具有降血脂作用。
Tested with rats,the sea-tangle root(Laminaria japonica) has the effects of anticoagulant such as prolonging prothrombin time for 5.4s,prolonging kaolin partial thromboplasin time for 1.3 s,raising the actirity of antiprothrombin Ⅲ,inhibiting thrombosis in vitro(the weight of dry and wet thrombus reduced for 6.14 mg and 21.41 mg respectively).Besides,it also has the effects of hypolipid such as reducing the content of TG and TC in rats with hyperlipid,and raising the value of HDL-C/TC.
