摘要
培养高校学生核心能力是我国建设人力资源强国的重要内容,是高校提升核心竞争力的重要要途径,更是学生奠定未来职业生涯发展、适应时代要求、实现可持续发展的重要基础。文章在借鉴企业"核心竞争力"理论的基础上,分析了高校学生核心能力的基本内涵及构成要素。
To develop students＇ core competence in our construction is the important content of strong human resources country,is the important way to improve the core competence,more is requirements which layed the future students＇ career development and adapt to times,and the important basis which realized the sustainable development.In this article,based on the theory of enterprise ＂core competencies ＂,the basic connotation and components of the core competence of college students were analyzed.
