摘要
住院医师的训练是造就高素质医师队伍的基础工作。影响住院医师训练的因素有学校和医院体制方面的 ,有管理方面的 ,也有住院医师个人方面的。常见的问题有道德教育和素质教育不足 ;大锅饭式的培养和使用体制 ;训练期间科室轮转不够 ;过分强调研究生教育 ;轻视实践 ;依赖现代化设备 ;不懂得服务艺术以及学习工作不刻苦等。
The training of residents constitutes the primary work of cultivating high quality medical workers. Factors affecting the training of residents in teaching hospitals have to do with various aspects, such as the system of colleges and hospitals, management and the residents themselves. Common problems include insufficient moral and quality education, adoption of the “bigpot” system in cultivating and using medical talents, lack of rotation to various departments in the course of training, excessive emphasis on graduate education, contempt for practice, exclusive reliance on sophisticated equipment, ignorance of the art of medical service, and lack of diligence in study and work. It may take quite a long time to solve these problems.
