麦胚中α-γ-δ-三种生育酚异构体的HPLC测定 被引量:1

摘要 建立了麦胚中α-γ-δ-三种生育酚异构体的简便、快速、准确的HPLC检测方法,以ALLTIMAC_18反相柱为色谱柱,甲醇/水98.5/1.5为流动相,在296nm波长进行检测,其保留时间分别为13.6237min、11.2615min和8.9608min,最小检出限分别为5ng、3.5ng和1.4ng。小麦胚芽中α-γ-δ-三种生育酚的含量分别为41.45±.21mg/100g、10.13±0.4mg/100g和3.79±0.28mg/100g。 In this paper,a simple, rapid and accurate HPLC method for the simultaneous determina tion of α-γ-δ-tocopherol, the three vitamin E isomers, has been established.The separation was achieved by using ALLTIMA C_18 (4. 6 × 250mm) as chromatogram column and methonol/water=98. 5/1. 5 as mobile phase. It was edtected at 296nm by photodiode array detector.The retention time of the three isomers were 13. 6237min, 11. 2615min and 8. 9608min, and their detecting limitation were 5ng、3. 5ng and 1. 4ng resectively. The contents of α-γ-δ-tocopherols in wheat germ were 41. 45 ± 1. 21mg/100g, 10. 13 ±0. 42mg/100g and 3. 79±0. 28mg/100g respectively.
