Wheat germ and bran are the by-product made from the wheat processing. The wheat germ contains rich protein, oil and VE, and the wheat bran includes the dietary fibre, oligosaccharide and enzyme which have bioactivities. And so the exploitation of the wheat germ and bran has a high economic value and social profit.
