摘要
采用实验法和心理测量法探讨6周和12周的中、小强度健美操锻炼对大一女生人格和心理压力不同维度的的干预效应。结果显示:12周健美操锻炼对大一女生人格和心理压力的积极影响显著优于6周(P<0.05),中强度健美操锻炼对人格的随和维度影响显著(P<0.05),小强度健美操锻炼对心理压力的积极影响显著(P<0.05),12周中强度健美操锻炼对人格的活跃和随和维度影响明显(P<0.05),12周小强度对心理压力的生活和社交维度的影响明显(P<0.05)。
This text carries on researching through the impact on personality and psychological stress of control ofthe intensity of moderate and light movement of 6 weeks and 12 weeks time on the aerobics.The result of study shows: The effects of continuing 12 weeks exercise on female collegians personality and psychological stress better than 6 weeks exercise.The effects of the moderate movement of aerobics exercise intensity better than lightmovement on female collegians personality.The effects of lightmovement of aerobics exercise intensity better than moderate movement on female collegians psychological stress.
