摘要
目的:探讨不同持续时间和强度的健美操、羽毛球和篮球身体锻炼对大学新生人格和心理压力的干预效益。方法:采用《中国大学生人格量表》(CCSPS)和《中国大学生心理应激量表》(CCSPSS)对319名大学新生人格及心理压力进行测量,对实验数据进行分析。结果:不同持续时间、运动项目和强度的身体锻炼对人格和心理压力各维度影响不同。锻炼12周对人格和心理压力的积极效果优于6周。从项目来看,羽毛球和健美操对大学新生的人格积极影响优于篮球项目。从强度来看,中强度对人格影响优于小强度和对照组,小强度对心理压力的积极作用优于中强度和对照组。结论:不同持续时间、运动项目和强度的身体锻炼对人格和心理压力各维度影响不同。
Objective : The authors try to probe into the actual effects of different time, items and intensity exercise on freshmen's personality and psychological stress. Methods:By adopting China College Student Personality Scale(CCSPS) and China College Student Psychological stress Scale(CCSPSS) to study the personality and psychological stress of 319 freshmen . Compared the results data of the studies of the experimental group and the contrast group. Result : The effects of the different time, items and intensity of aerobics, basketball and badminton exercise on college freshmen personality and psychological stress is differented. The effects of continuing 12 weeks exercise on freshmen ,personality and psychological stress better than 6 weeks exercise. The effects of aerobics and badminton exercise on college freshmen personality better than basketball exercise. The effects of moderate intensity on college freshmen personality better than small intensity, The effects of small intensity on college freshmen psychological stress better than moderate intensity. Conclusion : The effects of the different time, items and intensity of aerobics, basketball and badminton exercise on college freshmen personality and psychological stress is differented.
