摘要
在分析大学新生心理应激产生的原因及体育锻炼良好心理效应的基础上,提出体育锻炼改善心理应激的理论假设。通过结构方程模型验证假设的正确性,探索体育锻炼影响心理应激的直接效应和间接效应,为高校体育课程改革和大学新生锻炼行为促进提供依据。
This paper studies the causes of psychological stress in college freshmen and the good psychological benefits of physical exercise, proposing the theoretical hypothesis of physical exercise relieving psychological stress. The validity of the hypothesis is verified by structural equation model. It explores the direct and indirect effects of physical exercise on psychological stress, so as to provide effective reference for the reform of physical education curriculum and the promotion of college freshmen exercise behavior.
