摘要
运用卡特尔16PF问卷对大学生人格特征进行测量,通过实验组和对照组实验前后的测试对比,探讨体育生命化教育课程对大学生人格的影响。结果发现,实验组大学生的人格在乐群性、有恒性、敏感性、独立性方面与对照班有显著性差异;在敢为性、自律性、紧张性方面与对照班有极其显著性差异。体育生命化教育对大学生人格完善有良好作用。
The research compares the experimental group with the controlled group to explore the influence of life physical education curriculum on college students' personality of by using Cattell 16 PF questionnaire.There are significant differences in sociability,perseverance,sensitivity and independence of the college students' personality between the experimental group and the controlled group. Life physical education has a good effect on the improvement of college students' personality.
