基于四维和三维CT的肝癌靶区与正常组织位移分析 被引量:5

摘要 经导管动脉化疗栓塞术结合术后放疗已成为无法手术切除的原发性肝癌的主要治疗方式之一,然而,肝脏位置受呼吸运动影响较大,会影响到肝癌靶区确定。已有文献报道了肝癌放疗计划中呼吸运动造成的肿瘤及邻近正常组织剂量学误差。相对于四维CT(four—dimensional CT,4DCT)临床常用的3DCT模拟定位靶区位置确定以及与邻近正常组织位置关系有待探讨。
