摘要
目的:研制一种非接触式高精度超声波呼吸监测装置,用于CT放疗定位时患者呼吸状态的显示,并满足临床上对其他患者呼吸监控的需要。方法:将超声波探头对准患者的腹部,利用超声波独特的反向回波定位方法实现微米级的高精度测距,并进行实时追踪。结果:利用该超声波呼吸监测仪在肺部放疗定位时,医生可实时掌握患者的呼吸状态,并在勾画靶区时对病变的范围进行准确测量,达到精确放疗照射的目的。结论:该高精度超声波呼吸监测仪的测量精度可达微米级,且非接触,安装方便,非常适合在医疗监护工作中使用。
Objective To develop a high-precision non-contact ultrasonic respiratory monitoring device for displaying the respiratory statns of the patient undergoing CT radiotherapy positioning. Methods With the probe oriented to the abdomen, backward echo positioning method was used to realize micron-grade ranging and real-time tracing. The monitor made the doctor aware of the respiration status of the patient at real time while chest radiotherapy position- ing performed, anti facilitated precision measurement of lesion range when outlining the target area. Concluslon The monitor can realize micron-grade non-contact measurement, and thus can be applied in medical monitoring.
