摘要
目的:探讨黄芪多糖的补充对运动性免疫发生发展的影响,并为运动训练中的营养调控提供思路。方法:将三月龄SD大鼠(清洁级)72只,随机分为3组:C组(对照组),E组(运动组)、EA组(运动同时补充黄芪多糖组),每组24只(在0、2、4、6周每组分别采样6只)。观测递增负荷训练模式训练中脾脏T淋巴细胞的增殖能力及CD4+、CD8+的变化。结果:EA组大鼠的体重在2、4、6周均明显高于E组(P<0.05),且脾脏未出现萎缩。E组2、4、6周淋巴细胞活性均低于EA组和C组,且差异显著(P<0.05),EA组大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞活性在2周后出现明显回升,6周高于C组值(P<0.05)。E组大鼠的CD4+在4、6周明显低于C组(P<0.05)。EA组2、4、6周的值均低于C组(P<0.05),但6周时超过了E组(P<0.05)。E组大鼠的CD8+在2、4、6周中均高于C组(P<0.05)。EA组2、4、6周CD8+的值均明显低于E组(P<0.05),4、6周的值低于C组的值(P<0.05)。E组大鼠的CD4+/CD8+比值2、4、6周均低于C组、EA组(P<0.05)。EA组大鼠4周的值高于C组但6周值低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:说明黄芪多糖的补充能明显逆转递增负荷训练所引起的大鼠体重下降,并对大强度运动大鼠的免疫调理作用明显,可改善其失衡的免疫机能。
To study the effect of astragalus polysaccharide(APS) on rats with six weeks exercise in order to find theoretical evidences of APS on the exercised-mediated immunological regulation.72 male rats were randomly divided to groups as follow: control group(C)24;exercise group(E)24;excise with Astragalus polysaccharide intaking group(EA)24.The training model for the rats were 30 minutes per day,6 days per week;the training intensity(speed) was increased from 10 meter/min to 40 meter/min.The results showed that Gruop EA's weights were higher than group E's every week(P0.05);Gruop EA's spleen T lymphocytes activity was higher than group E' s(P0.05);CD4+of group E and EA were lower than that of group C at WK4,WK6(P0.05);group E' s CD4+ was lower than group EA' s at WK6(P0.05);group EA's CD8+ was lower than group C's at WK4,WK6(P0.05),and group E's CD8+ was higher than other two groups' during 6 weeks(P0.05);group E's CD4+/CD8+ ratio was lower than group C' s and EA' s every week(P0.05);group EA's CD4+/CD8+ ratio was higher than group C's at WK4 and lower than group C at WK6(P0.05).The results showed Astragalus polysaccharide could restrain the thymus atrophy caused by exercise obviously,which showed the value of it on T lymphocytes function regulation.
