摘要
以中药对基因表达干预作用研究的思路为线索 ,对从已知疗效推测中药疗效的分子机制、从基因水平阐明某些药物危害性、分析同一药理作用的不同作用机制、为新的治则寻求理论支持和寻找药物对中医病证的调节点等方面的研究进展进行了综述 ;认为中药对基因表达干预作用研究的持点主要是具有交互性、客观性与针对性 ;这一领域还存在着很大的研究空间 。
This paper summed the researches development in the following aspects with the clues of Chinese drugs' interference effects on gene expression: From the known effectiveness to infer molecular mechanism of Chinese drugs' effectiveness、from the gene level to clarify some harmfulness of drugs and analyse the different mechanism on the same pharmacology action, to seek a theoretical support for new therapeutical principle and to find the regulating point of drugs for the disease and symptom of TCM. At last, the author regarded it possessed interaction、objection、pertinence in the researches of Chinese drug's interference effects on gene expression; and it still had a broad research space, and awaited us to take further steps to the research.
