摘要
自制了单组分和双组分氟硅拒水整理剂并应用于棉织物整理.对比研究了该2种氟硅整理剂的整理功效,其中双组分氟硅整理剂整理效果更好.研究了双组分氟硅油焙烘温度、焙烘时间及整理剂用量对拒水整理功效的影响,并测试了拒水整理后棉织物的物理机械性能.确定了双组分氟硅油最佳整理工艺为:二浸二轧(轧余率75%左右),100℃预烘120 s,170℃焙烘120 s.由此得到的拒水整理织物综合性能优良.
One-component and bi-component fluorine-containing silicone oil water-repellent finishing agent were self-made and applied in cotton fabric finishing.The finishing efficiency of the two finishing agents was compared,and it was concluded that the finishing effect of bi-component finishing agent was better.The influences of baking temperature,time and finishing agent dosage on water-repellent efficiency were investigated,and the physical and mechanical properties of water repellent finished cotton fabrics were tested.The optimal finishing condition was determined as follows： two-dip-two-pad with 75% of pick-up rate,pre-baked at 100 ℃ for 120 s,and baked at 170 ℃ for 120 s.The water repellent finished fabric treated under the optimal condition had good general properties.
