一种硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯及共聚物乳液的制备与应用

摘要 以氢基双封头、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯和三甲基氯硅烷为原料,合成了一种硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯单体γ-(1,1,3,3,5,5,5-七甲基三硅氧烷基)丙基甲基丙烯酸酯,以其为功能单体通过乳液共聚制得织物整理剂,并应用于棉织物整理。研究了硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯用量对共聚物乳液粒度、Zeta电位、乳胶膜热性能及织物拒水性的影响。当n(硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯)∶n(MMA)=2∶1、聚合温度70℃、聚合时间3 h时,得到的乳液乳胶粒径为251.7 nm,Zeta电位为-48.6 m V,乳液胶膜失重5%时温度达217℃,所得乳液用于整理棉织物时接触角达129.4°,获得了良好的拒水效果。研究结果表明,新型硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物整理织物可提供一定的拒水性能,且整理织物的热稳定性也有较大提升。 A novel siloxyl methacrylate monomer of γ-[1,1,3,3,5,5,5-heptamethyl-tris(siloxyl)]propyl methacrylate was synthesized, using 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane, allyl methacrylate and trimethyl chlorosilane as raw materials. Then it was applied in emulsion copolymerization to obtain corresponding siloxyl methacrylates copolymer emulsion finishing agent, which was employed in cotton fabric. The influences of monomer dosage on particle size, Zeta potential, thermal stability of emulsion film and water repellency of the finished fabric were discussed. When the mole ratio of synthesized siloxyl methacrylate monomer and MMA was 2:1, the reaction temperature was 70℃, and the reaction time was 3 h, the obtained emulsion particle size was 251.7 nm, Zeta potential was -48.6 mV, the temperature of emulsion film losing 5% of weight was 217 ℃, and the contact angle of finished cotton fabric reached 129.4°. The results indicated that the novel siloxyl methacrylate finished fabric had good water repellency and the thermal stability was greatly improved.
