摘要
简述了涂料印花的特点及国内外涂料印花粘合剂的研究现状与发展趋势。详述了新型环保粘合剂(如用无甲醛交联单体、水性聚氨酯、有机硅等进行改性的聚丙烯酸酯类印花粘合剂和水性聚氨酯类印花粘合剂)的聚合体系,具体介绍了聚合工艺的改进,包括核壳乳液聚合、互穿网络乳液聚合以及辐射引发聚合等,对涂料印花粘合剂的研究方向进行了分析。
The characteristics of pigment printing and present research status and development tendency of the pigment printing adhesive are reviewed.The improvement of the polymerization system and polymerization methods of novel environment-friendly adhesives including polyacrylic ester adhesive modified by maldehyde-free crosslinking monomer,waterborne polyurethane,silicone,and waterborne polyurethane adhesive are described in detail.The development of ploymerization method including core-shell ploymerization,interpenetrating networks polymerization,and radiation-initiated polymerization are described in detail.Finally the present developing direction of the pigment printing adhesive is analyzed and proposed.
