摘要
目的:比较淫羊藿药材及其配方颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿药材及其配方颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量,比较两者含量差异。结果:配方颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量远低于原淫羊藿药材的含量,与所标示的浓缩倍数不符。结论:原配方颗粒的生产工艺需要改进;配方颗粒需要建立完善的质量控制方法和合理的质量标准。
Objective：To compare the content of icariin between herb Epimedii and its dispensing granules.Method：HPLC was used to determine the content of icariin in herb Epimedii and its dispensing granules,and the difference of the content was compared. Result：The content of icariin in dispensing granules was lower than that in herb Epimedii,and the daily amounts of major components in the commercial dispensing granules were not coincident with that in the decoctions of herb Epimedii.Conclusion：The production process of the dispensing granules needs improvement and the standardized criteria for the quality control of the dispensing granules should be established.
