水热法制备纳微结构硼酸钙及其摩擦学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以硼砂和硝酸钙为原料,经水热法制得硼酸钙.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和红外分析表征硼酸钙的结构,发现分散介质的变化对硼酸钙的形貌有一定的影响.将经油酸修饰的硼酸钙分散于液体石蜡中,利用四球摩擦试验机考察其摩擦学性能并对摩擦机理做了探讨. Calcium borates were hydrothermally synthesized using borax and calcium nitrate as row materials.The structure and morphologies of calcium borate were investigated by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results exhibited that the dispersion medium influenced the morphologies of calcium borate.The tribological properties of the oleic acid modified calcium borate as lubricant additives were also evaluated on four-ball tester.
