摘要
采用沉淀法制备氟化镧纳米粒子,并用油酸对其进行表面修饰。通过透射显微镜(TEM)及傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行了表征分析。采用单因素试验法,用四球机研究了该纳米材料对润滑脂摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,油酸修饰的氟化镧纳米添加剂可有效提高润滑脂的摩擦学性能。当添加量为0.4%时,润滑脂的润滑效果最佳,相对于基础脂,其PB值提高67.5%,摩擦因数平均降低10.6%,磨斑直径平均降低12.6%。
Lanthanum fluoride(LaF3) nanoparticles were prepared by chemical precipitation and modified with oleic acid, and then characterized with transmission electron microscope(TEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The effect of this nano-material on grease tribological performance was also studied with four-ball instrument via single factor test mefhod. The results show that oleic acid modified lanthanum fluoride nanoadditives can effectively improve grease tribological performance. Additionally, the lubrication performance is the best when adding amount is about 0.4%. Compared with the base grease, the PB value increases by 67.5%, the friction factor reduces by 10.6% and the wear scar diameter reduces by 12.6%.
