摘要
摩擦电喷镀是一项新发明的金属表面高速电沉积技术,具有高速、优质、低耗等特点.本文利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线应力测试仪等物理测试手段,首次研究了摩擦对镍镀层组织、结构和力学性能的作用机理.此外,通过对摩擦电喷镀Ni基Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>复合镀层测试,分析了工艺因素及其对镀层质量的影响,并给出了有参考价值的优化工艺参数.
The Friction and Spray Plating (FSP) is a new development in the field of electrodeposition
technology. It has many distinguishing features such as, high efficiency, high quality and low
consumption, etc. In this article, by means of the SEM, X rays and other physical tests, a
preliminary study of the mechanism that how the friction in the FSP affects the Nickel coating's
crystallines, structure and mechanical properties has been made. Through the tests of the composite
layers of the
Ni-Al2O3, obtained by the FSP, the relations between the technological factors and the qualities of
the coatings are also analyzed, and some useful technological parameters are put forward.
