摘要
采用硼酸、硼砂和氧化钙做起始原料,主要通过改变硼钙比和合成温度,在水热条件下合成了系列硼钙化合物。对合成产物用XRD、化学分析等方法进行了物相定性与组成定量,并讨论了各种合成产物的生成原因,总结了高硼钙比与低硼钙比条件下合成温度不同及合成温度相同硼钙比不同时对合成产物的影响规律。
A series of B-Ca compounds were hydrothemally synthesized by changing the B/Ca molar ratio, synthetic temperatures and with the raw materials such as boric acid, borax and calcium oxide. The phase qualitative and composition quantitative analysis of the as-prepared products were characterized by XRD and chemical analysis.The reaction mechanism of the as-prepared products were discussed. The influence regularity of the different synthetic temperatures with the high or low B/Ca molar ratio and the same synthetic temperature with the different B/Ca molar ratio on the characteristics of as-prepared products was concluded.
