摘要
本文从生活和心理安全需要、气质个性需要、培训需要三种激励因素进行分析,通过工作实践及总结,探讨了人力资源管理及开发中激励方法的具体应用。
This article made analysis from three kinds of incentive factors, i.e. life and psychological safety need, temperament and personality need, training need. Through the work practice and the conclusion, discussed the specific application of incentive methods in human resources management and development.
