摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和进步,事业单位对于人才的引进愈发重视。事业单位的发展过程中人事管理一直都是比较重要的一个环节,在事业单位的人事管理中应用有效和科学的激励机制,能对人力资源进行更加合理的配置,从而促进事业单位更好地发展。文章中就激励机制在事业单位人事管理中的地位和作用作为切入点,浅要分析了激励机制现阶段的存在问题,并提出了相关改进措施。
With the continuous economic development and social progress,public institutions increasingly pay attention to the introduction of talent.Institutions in the development of personnel management has always been more important aspect of personnel management in public institutions and scientific application of effective incentive mechanism,can be a more rational allocation of human resources,so as to promote better development institutions.Below on the status and role of incentives in personnel management in public institutions as a starting point to analyze the problem in the shallow incentives at this stage,and put forward relevant improvement measures.
