摘要
目的 :研究人工晶体植入猕猴眼内术后不同时期房水中 s IL- 2 R和 TNF- α的水平 ,探讨氟—肝素表面修饰人工晶体的生物相容性。方法 :12只猕猴分为正常组、对照组、实验组。植入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)人工晶体和氟—肝素修饰人工晶体。于术后 15、 30、 6 0、 90、 180、 36 0天抽取房水 ,使用 EL ISA检测 s IL- 2 R的水平 ,使用放射免疫测定 TNF- α的含量。结果 :房水中s IL- 2 R的水平于人工晶体植入术后 15天增高 ,30天达高峰 ,90天接近正常 ,术后 15、30天对照组明显高于实验组。通过房水 TNF-α的检测 ,发现术后 15天 TNF- α含量达高峰 ,6 0天接近正常 ,对照组的含量高于实验组并且持续时间较长。结论 :氟—肝素修饰的人工晶体比 PMMA人工晶体引起眼的免疫反应轻 。
Objective:To study the levels of sIL 2R and TNF α in the aqueous of Rhesus Monkeys eyes after implantation IOLs and the biocompatibility of the F heparin modified IOLs.Methods:Twelve monkeys were classified into 3 groups,normal,control and experimental groups.PMMA IOLs and modified IOLs were implanted into monkeys eyes.Aqueous from anterior chamber was aspirated at 15,30,60,90,180,360 days.The level of sIL 2R was measured by ELISA and the content of TNF α by radioimmunoassay.Results:The level of sIL 2R in aqueous increased at 15 day,reached the highest level at 30 day and recovered at 90 day.At 15,30 day the level of sIL 2R in aqueous in control group was higher than that in experimental group.The content of TNF α in aqueous was the highest at 15 day and recovered at 60 day.At 15 day the content of TNF α in control group was higher and recovered slower than that in experimental group.Conclusion:F heparin modified IOLs induced lower foreign body reaction,inflammatory reaction than that of PMMA IOLs and possessed a better biocompatibility.
