摘要
目的以氟-肝素对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)人工晶状体进行表面修饰,并测定其物理光学性能。方法利用载能离子束联合低温等离子体技术对PMMA人工晶状体进行氟-肝素表面修饰,通过物理光学方法对不同剂量表面修饰的人工晶状体进行透光率、分辨率、屈光度及袢的抗拉强度的测定。结果氟-肝素修饰人工晶状体氟离子剂量为2×1014~5×1014ions/cm2,其机械、光学性能和未修饰人工晶状体比较无明显区别,在短波光线及紫外线区(360~490nm)修饰人工晶状体的透光率明显低于未修饰人工晶状体。结论氟-肝素修饰人工晶状体有效地阻挡了短波光线及紫外线,起到保护视网膜的作用。
ObjectiveTo prepare the surface modified IOL with F ions and heparin and to study the physical and optical properties.MethodsUsing the technique of carrier energy ion beam combined low temperature and low pressure plasma to modify the surface of PMMA IOL with F ions and heparin.The transmittance,resolution,diopter and anti compression intensity of loops were determined by using physical and optical methods.ResultsThe surface modified IOLs with F ions 2×10 14 ~5×10 14 ions/cm 2 and heparin showed no difference from the control PMMA IOLs in their mechanical and optical properties.However,the transmittance of the surface modified IOLs in the short wave light zone and ultraviolet rays(360~490nm) was obviously lower than the unmodified IOLs.ConclusionF-heparin modified IOL can decrease the harmful effect of the short wave light and ultravoilet rays to the retina.
