摘要
本文对使用载能离子束联合低温等离子体技术对PMMA人工晶体进行氟-肝素修饰所获得的新型人工晶体进行了体外培养细胞的粘附生长实验研究,包括:人血小板、粒细胞、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞及人胚肺成纤维细胞的粘附生长实验。结果表明:氟-肝素修饰人工晶体表面的血小板、粒细胞、巨噬细胞的粘附明显减少,对粒细胞的刺激水平降低,并对人胚肺成纤维细胞无细胞毒作用。
We used carried energy ion beam combined with low temperature and low plasma technique to modify the surface of PMMA lens with F ions and heparin.In vitro we performed experiments to evaluate the growth and adherence of cultured cells on surface of F heparin modified lens.The cells included human blood platelets,granulocytes,mouse peritonium macrophages and human lung fibroblasts.The results showed significant less of platelets,granulocyes and macrophages;decrease of irritation level of granulocytes and non toxic to human lung fibroblasts.It indicated that the newly modified lens possessed better biocompatibility.
