摘要
目的 应用二维超声心动图 (UCG)诊断糖尿病性心肌病 (DCM)。方法 应用二维UCG对符合要求的 85例Ⅱ型糖尿病 (DM)患者进行常规心脏各切面探查并测量心脏异常表现各项指标。结果 糖尿病患者早期UCG主要表现为左房扩大及左室舒张功能 (LVDF)降低 ;中后期表现为左室扩大、心肌回声异常 (DCM组检出率为81% )及动度减低、LVDF和左室收缩功能 (LVSF)同时受损。结论 ①UCG对糖尿病所致心肌病变在UCG回声异常表现的探查极为敏感 ;②UCG诊断DCM直观、简便而可靠 ,作为无创诊断DCM的方法具有重大优势和潜力。
Objectives To diagnose DCM(Diabetic Cardiomyopathy) by UCG (Ultracardiography).Methods To detect major heart views of 85 selected cases and measure accurately important related parameters.Results In the early stage of NIDDM (Noninsulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus),UCG shows expansions of LA(Left Atrium) and decreases in LVDF(Left Ventricular Diastolic Function);In the following stage,it shows expansions of LV(Left Ventricle),the abnormal manifestation of myocardial echo on UCG the rate of detection is 81%in DCM group and decreases in LVDF and LVSF (Left Ventricular Systolic Function).Conclusions UCG is direct,convenient and reliable,and is of great advantage and potential in non-invasion diagnosis of DCM.
