摘要
温州医学院附属眼视光医院以平衡计分卡基本理论为指导,通过文献整理、分析,运用专家咨询和层次分析法,构建了一个涵盖工作效率、服务品质、医疗业绩、学科可持续发展和成本控制的临床科室绩效评价体系,以期为眼科专科医院对临床科室的绩效评价提供参考和借鉴。
Under the guidance of the balanced score card theory, based on literature review, Delphi and the analytic hierarchy process, performance evaluation index system for clinical department in eye hospital was established, which included work efficiency, quality of hospital service, medical performance, discipline sustainable development and cost control to give reference for eye hospitals to evaluate clinical department.
