摘要
目的筛选符合医院临床发展能力评价的指标,构建一套能够全面推广的临床发展能力指标体系。方法采用Delphi法对30位相关领域专家进行阶段性函询。结果形成临床发展能力指标框架中的4个一级指标和16个二级指标的指标群,利用加权综合指数法计算出相应的临床发展能力。结论为医院间临床发展能力的评价提供标准化的计量手段,有利于调动人员积极性,提高资源配置的合理性。
Objective To screen the evaluation index on clinical development ability in hospital, and establish a clinical development ability index system which can be promoted for use in other hospitals. Method The Delphi method was used for pe- riodical consultation with 30 experts from related domains. Result clinical development capacity indicator framework A group of indexes with four first - level indicators and 16 second - level indicators was established as the clinical development capacity index framework. The corresponding clinical development capacity was calculated by using the weighted composite index method. Con- clusion The evaluation index provides a standardized measurement instrument for evaluation of the clinical development capabili- ties among hospitals, which can help to mobilize the staff enthusiasm, and improve the rationality of resource allocation.
